| What is the mission of your organization? |
Welcome To Recovery Project’s mission is to support those in early recovery from substance use disorder. We do this by proving personal hygiene, bedding, undergarments, and other dignity items to small residential treatment centers, transition and sober living homes to distribute to their clients. We feel that is we can help with a persons most basic needs, they then can focus on their recovery and getting better.

| Health – It can be really hard for person when first entering treatment for addiction, even if it is the best decision they can make to get healthy. We try to make things a little bit easier by making sure they have all the personal hygiene items they would need.
Poverty – At the locations that we serve, a lot of the clients coming in may be homeless or coming from the streets. When they enter treatment they will have almost nothing with them to get started on their journey. The services we provide make sure these things are provided. The welcome bags have all the basic hygiene to get through the first few days, along with a journal and a handwritten card of encouragement. We also provide undergarments, bedding, feminine hygiene products, and so many other things that person would need to start over. |
