| The Live Like Maya Foundation is committed to funding pediatric cancer research, providing financial assistance to families of children battling cancer and continuing Maya’s legacy of fostering kindness and goodwill within the community.
In the spirit of Maya’s Pay it Forward Movement, the foundation also provides college scholarships to students in the community who have displayed exemplary life skills such as community service, overcoming obstacles, leadership activities, and family commitment to name a few. |

| Any comments about your selections you would like to share with the student philanthropists? | At The Live Like Maya Foundation, we are committed to providing financial assistance to families of children battling cancer, funding groundbreaking pediatric cancer research, and continuing Maya’s legacy of kindness and goodwill. Since our founding in 2019, in honor of Maya Collins—a spunky, sassy 14-year-old who bravely battled leukemia for 6 ½ years—we have raised nearly $1 million to support hundreds of families who have children facing cancer, fund critical research, and invest in community initiatives like teacher support and scholarships for rising seniors. |
