The Dakota Center is a 57 year old Marianist based, independent non-profit providing services to youth and senior citizens living in the inner westside of Dayton Ohio. Our mission is to build character and connect community. We value and focus all our programming with respect to educating the whole person-mind, body, and spirit: The Mind through literacy and skill, the Body through health and wellness and the Spirit through faith, hope and love. Success for us is to inspire the next generation and their parents while assisting our independent living seniors to age in place with dignity.
