The mission of The Centers is to fight for equity by healing, teaching, and inspiring individuals and families to reach their full potential. Our vision is that communities are equitable, healthier, and prosperous.

Our four service lines include 5 Federally Qualified Health Centers (we treat everyone), six early learning sites, a workforce training center with instruction in both English and Spanish, and Cleveland Christian Home, where we provide residential care and treatment for youth.

we can always use help in our Basic Needs Resource Center which provides food, clothing, household and personal items for free to our clients. We also hold a series of Centered Markets where we hand out fresh produce to anyone in the community.
