| What is the mission of your organization? | To provide education, support and direct services to low income families in order to build up well-being and break the cycle of poverty. We provide home visits to families with children ages birth to three as a provider for Every Child Succeeds – completing over 4,000 visits annually. We also facilitate a 24/ food pantry outreach program that provides emergency food (human and pet) to area residents. |
