Lake County Free Clinic exists to address the unmet health care needs of the residents of our community by providing no cost quality medical and dental care.

LCFC offers whole-person healthcare for uninsured and underserved adults and children. Besides providing medical and dental care, we have a case management department that meets with patients to help address any issues with housing, food, transportation, and any other expenses that could be related to their healthcare.
