Horizon House supports our neighbors experiencing homelessness with integrated, comprehensive services so they can secure and maintain housing.

| Horizon House exclusively serves individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis. Our services are geared toward empowering individuals to achieve and sustain greater stability in their lives. Our target population includes adults and children (accompanied by a parent/legal guardian) experiencing homelessness in Marion County, per Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) definition. Horizon House serves all individuals regardless of race, age, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender/gender identity, sexual orientation, mental or physical ability, legal history or family composition. All clients are “low income”, and the majority earn less than 30% of Annual Median Income at time of enrollment. | |
