| What is the mission of your organization? |
Our mission is to assist the animals in our community by placing animals in need in foster homes, assisting community found animals fund a safe place to land, assist pet owners with affordable spay and neuter and critical needs. We place a high level of effort on educating the community on animal welfare and the prevention of cruelty, neglect, and suffering.
|
| Which social causes (up to 3 choices) does your agency address through its programming? * |
|
| Any comments about your selections you would like to share with the student philanthropists? |
Many seniors have a fixed income limiting their ability to continue to care for their pets. By strengthening those relationships we can care for both the pets and their owners. Our youth are our next leaders and by changing their perspective on animal welfare we change the future for both human and animal.
