Cleveland Mediation Center mediates and uses conflict resolution with community members so they can peacefully resolve their disputes. We mediate between landlords and tenants so that tenants can stay in their housing and not become evicted, we use conflict resolution with families so they can be diverted to safe housing and not become homeless, we mediate between neighbors so they can resolve their conflicts peacefully, and we train community members in mediation and conflict resolution skills.
