| The Child Neurology Foundation is a nonprofit organization that helps children who have brain, nerve, or muscle conditions. Some kids are born with these conditions, and others develop them as they grow. CNF works to make sure these kids and their families can find good doctors, learn about their conditions, and get the support they need. We even support families who have lost children to their condition.
They also help doctors and scientists share information so they can take better care of children and discover new treatments. In a simple way, you can think of CNF as a group that connects, families, doctors, and researchers so children with neurological conditions can live healthier and fuller lives. |

| Does your organization have volunteer opportunities available for students? * |
Yes, Grades 6 – 12

| List possible volunteer opportunities -or- a link to where they can be found on the web. | |
| We will have an opportunity to volunteer at our event at the Pigabilties race in Cincinnati in the spring. Volunteers can help tell families about our organization leading up to the event, recruit members for the Pigabilities race, and even create a team to fundraise for patients and families.
We also have an opportunity for students to take our CARE Leadership program in 11th and 12th grades. This program teaches students about different careers that support the disability community and gives them options to get real life experience, eventually earning their Congressional Service award. |
