Over-the-Rhine Community Housing (OTRCH) is a nonprofit community development organization that develops and manages resident-centered affordable housing to build inclusive community and benefit low-income residents. We envision a future where quality stable housing is available for all in a socially, racially, and economically inclusive community.

| Over-the-Rhine Community Housing (OTRCH) was born in 2006 out of a merger between ReSTOC (est.1978) and Over-the-Rhine Housing Network (OTRHN, est.1988). ReSTOC was a low-income housing cooperative that provided sustainable, quality housing for tenants below the poverty line. Governed by a board of trustees comprised of OTR residents, OTRHN revitalized OTR by developing high quality affordable housing. Our combined organization embodies the strengths of both organizations.
We provide Property Development, Property Management, Resident Services and Tenant Advocacy that enable the vibrant, diverse community we enjoy today. OTRCH has improved the social and economic climate of the community by providing a vital resource for low-income residents in the prevention of homelessness and unsafe housing; and offering supportive services to help residents achieve stability. We serve a diverse community of residents, including seniors, low-income families, individuals with disabilities and those struggling with addiction and recovery. On average residents earn less than 40% of area median income. OTRCH currently owns over 102 affordable housing buildings; has developed 500 units of affordable housing; and currently serves 751 low-income residents. We have also expanded our work to Lower Price Hill, the West End and Downtown. |
