What is the mission of your organization? | |
The Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation leads our community in ensuring the economic self-sufficiency of women in our region and ignites a shared desire to improve it. Our mission is to advance gender and racial equity for women by addressing systemic barriers to upward mobility.
More than 25 years ago, the Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation set out to improve the status of women in our region through systemic change. What started as an idea has grown into a robust movement of people who are committed to speeding the pace of change for women’s self-sufficiency. At the Women’s Fund, we are creating a community in which all women can participate, prosper, and reach their full potential. We believe that by making the world a better place for women, we generate positive outcomes for everyone. We are leader, bringing people and information together to find the mutual advantage. We are a partner, channeling support and resources into making systems more equitable. And we are a catalyst, changing hearts and minds across our community. |
