| The business model is structured as supported employment, offering vocational habilitation services in a specialized café environment. Our paid training opportunities are intentional, while we address society’s assumptions about the nature and meaning of disabilities, thus changing the way our employees are recognized, and included in our community.
Whole Community Academy, which is a division of Whole Latte Love Café, evolved in 2023 as a result of the many variables we’ve encountered since opening the café doors in 2021.
