| What is the mission of your organization? | Our mission is to motivate Ohioans to improve water quality in our rivers. We are Ohio’s statewide river conservation organization, and we champion the state Scenic Rivers Program and create local southwestern Ohio opportunities for children and adults to directly participate in canoe cleanups and water sampling and analysis. |

Regarding social justice – it is the most disadvantaged among us who usually are forced to tolerate poor water quality. |

Our water sampling & analysis program on the Great Miami consists of nine Saturdays and up to 100 sampling sites – volunteers go to their site, collect a water sample, and then help analyze it at the University of Cincinnati Center for Field Studies. |
